The Outreach Commission encompasses the ministries of Pastoral Care, Evangelization and extended services for those in need.

Extended Services Includes :

Back To School Supplies~ school supplies are collected and distributed to children.

Bakers~ provide baked goods as gesture of hospitality at funeral liturgies.

Care Packages for the Military~ with donations received from parishioners, packages are prepared for mailing to men and women serving in the Military.

Coats/Hats/Scarves/Mittens Drive – handmade and store bought coats, hats, scarves and mittens are collected and distributed to families in need in the Capital District.

Food Pantry~ organize and prepare monthly food boxes for families in need.

Giving Tree~ Christmas gifts are collected and distributed to families in need.

Prayer Shawl Ministry~ make and distribute shawls as an express of prayer.

St. John/St. Ann Soup Kitchen~ on a scheduled basis, parishioners prepare and serve meals to soup kitchen clients.
